The Solfeggio, chakra and Schumann associations in Auralis come from folk and wellness tradition rather than settled science, and are included on that basis. The Light Bar borrows the left-right pacing mechanism used in therapist-led EMDR as a simple grounding tool — it is not a substitute for clinical EMDR or any other treatment.
